Every learner has a story.

Viacela helps learners write their own story and discover their personal path to meaningful opportunities and greater economic mobility

  • Individuals share self-reflections through our Adaptive Discovery System to gain a better understanding of themselves and build their Motivations, Interests, Needs, and Durable Skills (MINDS) Profile

  • Based on an individual’s MINDS Profile, learners can make better informed decisions about their educational paths, build social capital, and identify high-growth, high-demand regional labor market opportunities

  • Learners have access to free, college-credit opportunities to a more affordable degree and find work-based learning aligned towards their desired career path
